Bread Selection

Please Note:

  1. Our Breads contain NO added Chemicals, Additives, Preservatives, Flavourings, Colours or keeping Agents.
  2. We mill our own Wheat on-site daily using a Stoneground Flour Mill. 
  3. All our Breads are baked as natural as possible using 100% real ingredients the best that nature can provide,  the way our Grand Parents baked in their coal range!
  4. Our Breads have a maximum shelf life of 2 days, after two days it’s best toasted or sliced and frozen to avoid waste.
  5. We support local suppliers and producers: Our Wheat is from Washdyke, our Flour is grown in Canterbury, our Honey is from Oxford, our Salt is from Marlborough, our Sugar is from Chelsea Bay in Auckland.
